1. Terms

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on nibuster's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

From the Nibuster services we will cease distribution as soon as practicable, and at such time when distribution ceases, the license will terminate.

The license you grant to Nibuster is non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your content to anyone else in addition to Nibuster), fully-paid and royalty-free meaning that Nibuster is not required to pay you or anyone else deriving rights from you for the use on the Nibuster Services of the Content that you post, sublicensable and worldwide because the Internet and Nibuster services are global in reach.

You represent and warrant that you own the content posted by you on, through or in connection with the Nibuster Services, or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth and the posting of your content on, through or in connection with the Nibuster Services and linked services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

Nibuster has the right to use content uploaded by the User for commercial purposes without copyright infringements.

Nibuster assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Nibuster services for inappropriate content or conduct. If at any time, Nibuster chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the Nibuster services, Nibuster nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such content.

Nibuster respects the intellectual property of others, and requires that our users do the same. You may not upload, embed, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any person or entity. It is Nibuster's policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances the membership of repeat infringers.
